What is important to you? What do you want to be remembered for? What do you want to shout about?
These seemingly simple questions can be the trickiest to answer! However, spending a little time on them can have a huge impact on all areas your life. By understanding what motivates you in the short term and long term, you can start to focus in the right places.
In this interactive workshop we will use a range of tools to explore what makes you (and others) tick and then consider how to create an authentic personal brand.

I was the shy girl at the back of the school play. Someone who would never willingly speak in front of a group of people. Someone who literally shook with fear on even the smallest stage. I have now developed my public speaking to a point where I compete internationally, host awards ceremonies for hundreds of people and live the mantra “never say no to stage time”.
In this interactive session, I will offer top tips on creating an impact and share my expertise on how to plan a great speech. By following a simple process of answering five questions, you will be able to prepare effective pitches, keynote speeches and business updates. We will also cover how to adapt your style to online delivery.

Your network is your net worth… but how can you build the most effective one?
I moved to the North West in 2015 knowing one person in Manchester. I now have an incredible network of supportive people in a wide range of industries. How did that happen?
In this workshop, I will share the key lessons I have learned about networking throughout my career. This includes making the most of physical events, social media, tracking contacts and strategic management.
We will also consider ways to establish if you are building the right network, how to fill the gaps and, perhaps most importantly, how you can offer value to your contacts.
