About Elevate

Elevate is a business development consultancy, founded in September 2020, focused on Sustainability, Innovation and Consultancy.  Our core activities include event management (for clients and our own programme), business development support, content creation, public speaking training, and Carbon Literacy training.

We believe that business can, and should, be a force for good and our client base reflects that. We’re very proud to work with organisations including Bruntwood Works, Electricity North West, Innovate UK EDGE, Avison Young, The Carbon Literacy Project, The PHA Group and Lorien.     

Role responsibilities  

  • Event logistics – including delegate management, venue liaison, creating slides / collateral, and speaker liaison
  • Support on training courses – including delegate management, sending out pre- and post-course information, and submitting accreditations
  • Marketing support – including creation of proposal documents, social media assets and uploading events to Eventbrite and our website
  • Supporting account management, networking and raising the profile of Elevate 
  • Diary management and co-ordination

Person specification

  • Excited at the prospect of working in a growing start up
  • Exceptionally organised – you’ll spot opportunities to increase efficiency, automate and improve our processes
  • Happy to pitch in to help the team – you’ll be person four so we all need to be ready to support each other
  • Enjoy meeting new people and keen to provide outstanding customer service

What we offer

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 p.a. dependent in experience
