Bianca Boyce runs her own coaching business that provides services to businesses and individuals. She excels in the coaching arena, and is a strong advocate for internal change breeding external success. She has run various training programmes such as L.E.A.P leadership academy, coaching for leaders, disc personality profiling, building confidence, enhancing emotional intelligence, eliciting core values and many more. Her ability to captivate, inspire, and motivate an audience is exceptional. He boundless energy creates an environment in which true transformation can take place. Bianca has a strong track record in leaderships that spans over nearly two decades. This has seen her win awards for her ability in scaling businesses and developing future leaders, as well her own leadership skills. Bianca has held various board positions and is currently the UK life coach for the Female Hospitality Network and director of training and partnerships for JCI UK. She is influential in the podcasting world. Tackling issues such as self awareness, state management, motivation and many other key elements that underpin emotional intelligence.
Naily Makangu is the “Mary Poppins of Business”. Naily helps start-ups and small businesses sweep up challenges, leaving behind a legacy of HAPPY high-performing teams. Starting as a Software Engineer, Naily Makangu carved her own path into creating Athena Leaders, a remote-first Management and Leadership consultancy. She is also an award-winning trainer. Using a play mindset, Naily has successfully turned around struggling projects and organisations. Her clients call on her ability to lead teams, projects, bring clarity and processes to allow them to sleep better at night. Above all, they know that, together, they will promote a positive culture where leaders grow and people thrive.
Ilona Alcock is the co-founder of Elevate (the world’s first Carbon Literate business development organisation), director of JCI UK and trustee of animal welfare charity, Feathers Together. She has a passion for public speaking, personal branding and networking, and delivers training on these topics across the UK and Europe. Ilona is determined to use her platform to promote diversity and inclusion, including running free workshops for women, people of colour and other lesser represented groups.
William Redpath is owner and founder of Manabu Learning, an organisation which helps companies realise the potential of their workforce through Learning and Development campaigns, solutions and events. With a particular focus on virtual delivery Manabu has helped several global brands engage their workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic. A large part of this work has involved coaching Senior leaders through complex and unprecedented business problems. William is currently studying towards an ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring which he hopes to complete in early 2022.
