Favourite book- business or personal: The Chimp Paradox changed my life completely – the mindset tools and development exercises set me off on a path towards coaching and building my own company from scratch.

Favourite Podcast- business or personal: The Mel Robbins Podcast is incredible for mindset and personal development.

Why did you want to get involved with Elevate: I’m always looking for business groups and networks that do things a little differently, so I can build a network of genuine connections. The breakfast event I attended through Elevate generated such brilliant conversations that I had to sign up to see who else I could meet!
