Beckie has over 20 years of experience in People and Talent. She has supported high-growth tech companies in the UK and globally, particularly in the SaaS sector. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Tech Returners, Beckie led the company to a successful acquisition in February 2023. She is known for her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for empowering women in tech through initiatives such as the Confidence Community, ReframeWIT, and WIT North.

Beckie has won multiple awards, including the 2024 Ultimate Northern Gamechanger.
