Lisa is founder of Roland Dransfield PR, which she set up in Manchester in 1996, one month after the IRA bomb, and is co-founder of Purposeful Podcasts.

She is host of the multi award-winning podcast “We Built This City” - about the lives, values, relationships and legacies of born, bred and adopted Greater Mancunians and “Lobster Brain” a show about neuroplasticity and lessons from“top lobsters” on how to rewire our brains.

Lisa sits on numerous business boards and is an ambassador for several charities including The Greater Manchester Mayor’s Fund. She set up the lobbying organisation “United City” with Gary Neville, Chris Oglesby, Frank McKenna and Will Lewis during the pandemic to support the needs of the city following Covid. She was named “Manchester Worker Bee” in I Love Manchester’s inaugural awards in 2023.

Roland Dransfield changed “public relations” into “purposeful relationships” and helps businesses, brands and individuals create lasting relationships that drive their values and build business success.
