Despite the menopause impacting millions of women, the information surrounding it is limited and often contradictory.

The vast majority of these women are working and yet, few businesses have policies or procedures design to support. This leads to women leaving their roles (or the workforce completely), taking more sick days (14 million days per year attributed to alleviating symptoms) and is estimated to cost the UK economy £10bn.

In this session we will cover the likely symptoms, the challenges around accessing HRT, and how businesses can better support (peri)menopausal women. Followed by networking with fellow attendees and experts.
